Location

• Located in the heart of the Aure Valley, in Saint-Lary, a thermal and ski resort, “Hygge” is a true mountain chalet (completely renovated in 2019) offering modernity in materials and high-end finishes while respecting the mountain authenticity.
• It consists of 3 independent apartments on 3 levels that can be rented together depending on the size of your group, to enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends.
• The “Comfort” cottage occupies the ground floor level.

Located on the ground floor of the chalet, it consists of :

• Large living room of 36m² with fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, living room with two sofas around a monumental Bigourdane fireplace in Rioumajou stone, TV corner, opening onto the balcony-terrace through four large French windows.
• 30m² furnished balcony-terrace (tables and garden furniture, sun loungers, hanging chair) protected by two awnings with stunning views of the resort and the Pyrenees.
• Master suite with a 140cm bed and full bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin unit and blow heater with integrated Bluetooth speaker).
• Double bedroom with a 160cm bed.
• Quadruple bedroom with a 140cm bed and two bunk beds (80cm).
• Quadruple bedroom with four bunk beds (80cm).
• Bathroom with washbasin unit, shower, bathtub, toilet, and blow heater with integrated Bluetooth speaker.
• Separate toilet.

Outdoor facilities :

• Vehicle parking in the chalet’s private parking (with remote-controlled gate and video porter).
• Jacuzzi in a separate relaxation area with panoramic views of the resort (access conditions and restrictions; liability waiver included in the contract).
• Private heated ski lockers (for shoes and gloves) in the laundry room for storing skis or sports equipment.

Shared spaces and facilities with all tenants :

• Private outdoor parking.
• Relaxation area with spa / jacuzzi.
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
• Covered summer kitchen with BBQ, garden furniture, and sun loungers on an 18m² terrace.

• 40” LED 4K UHD TV.
• High-quality bedding.
• Nespresso Classic coffee machine (welcome pods) and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
• Video intercom and badge access (no more keys!!).
• Hairdryer in bathrooms.

The price includes :

• Personalized welcome.
• Due to numerous abuses, unfortunately, we no longer accept pets.
• Firewood for the fireplace.
• Towels (bath towels, bathrobes, adult slippers).
• Beds made upon arrival.
• Cleaning equipment and products, dishcloths.
• Welcome products (Vertuo pods, basic kitchen supplies).
• Provision of childcare accessories upon request (travel cot, high chair, baby bath).
• Soap dishes with Mkl gel – Cosm’éthik dermatological.
• End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen & dishes, which must be left clean, dry, and tidy).

The price does not include :

• Replenishment of towels or household linen during the stay.
• Cleaning of the kitchen and/or dishes.
• Daily or on-demand cleaning.

Security deposit :

4000€ for furniture.
140 € for cleaning if the apartment requires more than 3 hours of cleaning.

Accommodation available for rent all year round, weekends, short stays (minimum = 2 nights) of 3 or 4 nights (Mid-Week), or weekly

Entire chalet is non-smoking..

French is spoken by the owners. The owners speak English. Los dueños hablan Español.

Guest access :

Access is provided at the Comfort level, of course, to the Spa in the relaxation area, to the laundry room – ski locker, to the garden, to the summer kitchen with terrace and BBQ, to the ping pong table.

• This is the ideal base camp for discovering the Pyrenees and the Southwest: Spain is 30 minutes away, with Ainsa, the Anisclo Canyons at 1h30; Piñeta Valley and Monte Perdido at 1h00; the Néouvielle lakes road and Cap de Long dam at 30 minutes; Pic du Midi de Bigorre and Col du Tourmalet via Col d’Aspin at 1h30; Lourdes at 1h20; Cauteret and Pont d’Espagne or Gavarnie Circus via Col d’Aspin at 2h30; Toulouse at 1h45; Biarritz at 2h20; Albi or Carcassonne at 2h30; Bordeaux at 3h00; and many other excursions…
