Reservation Seasonality

Low Season:
  • From April 15 to June 30 / September 2 to December 1
  • From January 2 to February 3 / March 4 to April 14 / July 1 to July 14 / December 9 to December 22
High Season:
  • From July 15 to August 18
  • From February 4 to March 3
  • From December 23 to January 2

Insurance and Guarantees

If a government-mandated lockdown makes it impossible to travel to the location during the dates of the stay, a credit valid for one year from the date of cancellation, usable only on this site and for a future stay (possibly in another apartment), will be provided. This gives the traveler the benefit of a rescheduled stay with maximum flexibility. The credit will correspond to 100% of the amounts already paid, either the deposit amount or the entire stay.
Outside of these dates subject to administrative decisions, our standard cancellation conditions apply.
Additionally, to cover the individual or group risk of Covid-19 infection, and potentially the lack of snow (optional coverage), we have negotiated a partnership with an insurance broker offering coverage in case of illness (contact case, quarantine, positive test just before departure, etc.), allowing you to benefit from this coverage at a preferential rate. Be reassured! Also, check your credit card insurance: it may already cover this risk.

Reservations and Conditions

To meet the demands of our French and Spanish clients, we have decided to divide this period into three parts for the end-of-year holidays. Therefore, reservations will only be possible for the following dates:
  • From 23/12/2023 to 28/12/2023 to spend Christmas in the mountains,
  • From 28/12/2023 to 02/01/2024 for New Year’s Eve,
  • From 02/01/2024 to 07/01/2024 pour l’Epiphanie
The calendar is constructed and constrained as follows:
  • During peak periods: from mid-December to mid-March (the resort opens from early December to mid-April), school holidays (Easter, July and August, and All Saints’ Day), rentals are available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday (but you can arrive later and leave earlier).
  • The rest of the year, and approximately two weeks before the weekly rental dates, rentals can be made on a nightly basis.
As a result, some reservations may not be possible, even though this is not visible on the calendar. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working to improve this feature so that you have all the information in real time!!  
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or by email with acknowledgment of receipt:
  • The deposit paid can be refunded or converted into credit in case of cancellation more than 90 days before the arrival date.
  • The deposit paid will be retained and deductible from a future stay as credit valid for one year from the cancellation date, for cancellations between 90 and 45 days before the arrival date.
  • The deposit paid will be forfeited in case of cancellation between 45 and 30 days before the arrival date.
  • The full amount of the stay is retained in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, or if the stay is shortened by the client. If the tenant does not show up on the day specified in the contract, after a 24-hour period without notification to the owner :
    •  This contract is considered terminated.
    • The full price of the stay remains due to the owner.
    •  The owner may re-let the property. However, the deposit may be refunded once the property has been re-rented for the same period and at the same price.

reservation is confirmed You will sign it electronically
No, we do not accept any parties or gatherings on the premises.
If you request one, an invoice will certainly be sent to you by email at the end of your stay. Please note that it is not sent by default.
For the respect of other guests and the neighborhood, you may make noise between 07:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Check-in (arrival and reception in the accommodation) is possible between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM (départ de
l’appartement) and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done by 10:00 AM. However, we can arrange different check-in/check-out times if needed.

Facilities & Permissions

Yes, each apartment has indoor access points. Immediate outdoor areas and common areas are also equipped with access points for your convenience. An SSID like XXX_Invite is available via an access portal and acceptance of the usage policy. For those who need to work, living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with wall RJ45 sockets (Ethernet outlets).
Yes, bath towels are provided as standard, and robes are provided for the hot tub (please specify the size in the hot tub reservation form).
Yes, bed sheets are provided and the beds are made upon arrival. We aim to pamper you so that your stay is 100% enjoyable from the moment you arrive!
A cleaning fee is mandatory for all reservations. It will be displayed during the booking process. This fee covers only a portion of the cleaning, which is done to a high standard and in compliance with current sanitary norms. Bed sheets are entrusted to a laundry service.
We love animals, but due to numerous abuses by some guests, we no longer accept pets, even with an additional fee. We deeply regret this…
No. The entire chalet is strictly non-smoking. Outside, on balconies and terraces, pots with sand have been provided for smokers. Please crush your cigarette butts in these pots for the respect of the property and others, and do not litter them in nature. From now on, for hygiene and safety reasons, you are requested to check the pots at the end of your stay and, using the litter scoop provided, collect and dispose of the cold cigarette butts in a trash bin.
Yes, there are actually 2: 
– A drip coffee maker (permanent filter): please bring your own ground coffee!!
 – The Nespresso coffee machine is a classic (we have discontinued the Vertuo system following feedback from our guests): you can bring your favorite capsules!! A few welcome pods are graciously provided…

Services and amenities

Yes, parking is included in the rental price, and parking is available in the chalet’s private parking lot as well as in Impasse des Palombes (see site plan in the detailed listings). Unloading in Impasse des Palombes is very convenient!! Additionally, both the parking area and the outdoor spaces are monitored by cameras.
Yes, absolutely!! For access to the Saint-Lary ski resort (Plat d’Adet at 1700m / Espiaube at 1900m), a free shuttle passes on the street of the chalet every 20 minutes and takes you to the gondola and cable car in 10 minutes. After that, it depends on the time you arrive at the gondola / cable car departure point and the crowd… Typically, you’ll be on the slopes about 20 minutes later.
There is a stop 130m from the chalet (it goes up along the street of the chalet). The ascent to the resort takes about 10 minutes…
 If you decide to go to the Piau-Engaly resort, it’s about a 40-minute drive in winter.
Yes, actually, once you arrive, you can spend your entire stay without needing your vehicle!! You can start hikes on foot via the Caneilles trail, which will take you to Sailhan, and many others are accessible with a few minutes’ drive (such as the Néouvielle massif, Cap-De-Long dam, Rioumajou valley, Oule refuge, etc.). The Col d’Aspin provides access to the fabulous ‘Pic du Midi’ de Bigorre and the Col du Tourmalet.

Of course, there’s everything you need to start your stay: a bit of salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar, and welcome pods of coffee (Nespresso Classics) and tea… Please check upon arrival: if needed, ask for a “top-up”!!
Given the sanitary context, we provide you with a small maintenance kit upon arrival including a sponge, dishcloth, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent pods

Please vacate the accommodation at the agreed-upon time. It is important to adhere to this as schedules are often tight… Before leaving: – Please close the windows, VELUX windows, and their blinds (if your accommodation is equipped with them), turn off heating, air conditioning, and lights. 
 – Please return the accommodation to the condition it was in when you arrived, including :
 * Dishes cleaned, dried, and put away,
 * Trash taken out and sorted (into the designated containers), 
 * Cigarette butts emptied from pots and disposed of in the trash. *VERY IMPORTANT: Now gather used bedding and household linen at the entrance (for hygiene / safety reasons). Remember to check that you haven’t left any personal belongings in the apartment / laundry room / common areas.
Unfortunately, this service is not yet available… However, if you would like your groceries to be ready for you, you can prepare your list at https://www.carrefour.fr/magasin/market-bourisp/drive. The supermarket is located at the entrance of the village. You will pass by it on your way in!!
Not directly, but we have a partner near the chalet who can rent you complete equipment. You can leave the equipment at the base of the slopes at the end of your day and pick it up warm and dry the next day without having to bring it down from the resort!! It’s very convenient…
Since it is a shared facility, we have implemented a reservation system using a digital calendar accessible to each group renting the chalet. This allows for booking slots per day per group, similar to the BBQ area.
This system ensures: – Avoidance of simultaneous use of the facility, 
 – Limitation of gatherings to reduce health risks, – Prevention of overuse by one group to the detriment of others, 
 – Peaceful planning and organization of activities during your stay (calendar accessible 2 weeks before the stay). CPlease note, the spa is a place for relaxation, not a pool or large bathtub!! Kindly leave it as clean as you found it upon entering. As specified in the house rules, this facility is reservable and accessible from 07:00 to 22:00.
To facilitate the management of this shared facility, we have implemented a reservation system using a digital calendar accessible to each group renting the chalet, similar to the Spa/Jacuzzi, based on a time slot per day per group. This system allows: 
– Avoidance of simultaneous use of the equipment, – Limitation of gatherings to reduce health risks, 
 – Prevention of overuse by one group to the detriment of others, 
 – Peaceful planning and organization of activities during your stay (calendar accessible 2 weeks before the stay). As specified in the house rules, this facility is reservable and accessible from 07:00 to 22:00.
Yes, both the parking area and exterior spaces, as well as the common areas, are monitored by cameras for the peace of mind and well-being of everyone!

Rest assured that during the renovation of the chalet, we paid meticulous attention to sound insulation:

– In ceilings, we used plasterboard with dampers and insulation. 


– For the floors, we applied Phonispray, which separates the slab from the structure (the slab is made of expanded polyurethane foam https://www.topisol.fr/phonispray.php and Designflooring floating tiles https://www.designflooring.com/fr-fr/sols-pour-les-particuliers/gammes-de-easyfit/les-avantages-de-designflooring-looselay, providing impact sound insulation).


– On walls, we installed plasterboard with acoustic insulation.

In short, be assured that everything has been done so that everyone can enjoy peace and quiet!
