These conditions govern sales by www.locationhygge.com of short-term furnished apartment stays.

Article 2 – Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT and other applicable taxes on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping fees.

For orders shipped to countries other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Exchange duties/fees or other local taxes or state taxes may be applicable.

These duties and fees are not within the control of www.locationhygge.com They are your responsibility in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and bodies of your country. We advise you to inquire about these matters with your local authorities. All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.

www.locationhygge.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the current rate at the time of order validation and subject to availability. The products remain the property of www.locationhygge.com even during the tenant’s stay.

Note: Once the tenant takes possession of the premises (entry into the apartment), any damage caused within the apartment becomes their responsibility.

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the time of order validation.

www.locationhygge.com reserves the right not to record a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly in case of availability issues or difficulties concerning the received order.

Article 4 – Validation of Your Order

Any order placed on the website www.locationhygge.com implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Confirmation of the order implies your full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

You declare that you have perfect knowledge of them.

The order confirmation will serve as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

A summary of your order information will be communicated to you via the confirmation email address.

Article 5 – Payment

In case of product unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will either be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made, or we will offer to find you alternative accommodation for the duration of your stay.

Finally, www.locationhygge.com’s liability cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 9 – Applicable Law in Case of Disputes

The language of this contract is French. These terms of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
